Commercial influence
- No commercial partner, eligibility checker or referral route is named or linked from this site. Where a firm is named at all, it is only because a reader may already be dealing with it — in which case their own paperwork carries the contact details, not us.
- No manufacturer, hire company or other party can pay for a review, a score, placement in a "what you will get" table, or the Credit Hire Car of the Year.
Editorial rules
- The Fleet Duty Rating is a published methodology that is awaiting data: no rating has been calculated or published, and none will be until the underlying fleet dataset is supplied. Reviews and durability records therefore stand on attributed public sources alone — DVSA MOT and recall data, published owner surveys, trade press and manufacturer documentation — and no fleet figure is ever estimated or invented.
